Make your first sale

The goal

When a buyer accepts an offer, bepleez creates a Shopify coupon. The sale is counted as soon as that coupon is used on a paid order.

How to recognize it

• In the dashboard, the Intentions page shows the coupon and the status of each offer.
• In Shopify, the order carries the bepleez discount code.

How you know it's done

The step ticks automatically at the first order that uses a bepleez coupon. That is also when your level becomes Convinced.

It doesn't work?

• Accepted offers but no sale: the buyer has a limited time to use the coupon (the Offer duration set in the strategy). Lengthen it if needed.
• A coupon was used but the sale doesn't show: the order must be paid; tracking can take a few minutes after payment.
