The goal

You are among the first shops to use bepleez. Your feedback helps us fix what gets in the way and decide what to build next.

How to do it

Open the form in your dashboard: Give my feedback. It covers five topics, each with a rating from 1 to 5 and a free comment:

Installation: installing the app and linking the shop.
Configuration: choosing products, setting the reference negotiation, activating the strategy.
Usage: the button, the negotiations, the dashboard.
Conversion: did the offers help convince your visitors? Your figures (negotiations, sales) are pre-filled.
Price: does the pricing feel consistent, and what monthly price would feel fair?

How to know it is done

The step ticks when you send the form. If you replied by e-mail or phone, click Done in the progress block, or we validate it after we talk. It is optional.
